Terms and Conditions

By booking a consultation with PrimeForge Global, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Consultation Appointment

  • Scheduling: Consultation appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will confirm the date and time of your consultation via email or phone.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150, and/or the loss of your appointment without refund.

2. Fees and Payment

  • Consultation Fees: The consultation fee is $400, payable at the time of booking. Payments can be made via card.

  • Refunds: Consultation fees are non-refundable.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Information Provision: You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the intake process and consultation. This includes details about your organization, project goals, and any relevant documents or data.

  • Preparation: To ensure a productive consultation, please complete the intake form and review any pre-consultation materials sent to you prior to your appointment.

4. Confidentiality

  • Confidential Information: All information shared during the consultation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing consulting services. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Disclaimer: PrimeForge Global provides consulting services based on the information available at the time of the consultation. We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of the consultation or the success of any project based on the advice provided.

  • Liability: PrimeForge Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consultation services provided.

6. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the consultation or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

7. Amendments

  • Changes to Terms: PrimeForge Global reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your consultation appointment.

8. Acceptance

By booking a consultation with PrimeForge Global, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
